Vitiligo
skipping a few breathes
the sweat trickles down the neck
down the cleavage
and onto the midrib
it dries up fast before it goes further
the salt remains
like the patch of vitiligo
white on brown skin
aesthetically speaking
it is appealing
this combination of colours…….
not the white
not the brown
but the two together
not for long though
till one over powers the other
and there you are then
either brown
or white.

You are indeed great poet and took the pen on a slightly different topic. It is clear that writing poetry on a topic on which earlier there is no work is very tricky mater.
This is first time I see the word vitiligo in a poem.In Asia in every hundred there is one or two person suffering from this diseases. Here is a tip for you to publish your peom, send it to the vitiligo site like Anti-Vitiligo, Vitiligo.net etc. I think they happily paist this poem on their site.This will be a gift from you to the vitiligo suffering people people perhaps they feel some psychological comfort by this.
